I think you need to develop your own style before opening a shop LEGALLY, you wouldn't even be able to sell those because they are heavily referencing the Powerpuff Girls :/ (if this was serious business, you'd get in trouble with the law)

Go see some tutorials on youtube, then draw and draw until you end up with something you like!

may i ask what program you're using?
as aithycou mentioned, i recommend looking through tutorials, specifically on deviantart bc it has a wider selection of them. i recommend working on portions & shading/lighting
