1. You may run, but please follow me!
2. Reservations are allowed for tiers 3 and below, no strings attached!
3. Tier 2 reservations will require dreamie proof!
4. Tier 1 will be raffled/auctioned/traded
5. Each villager will be available for fifteen minutes before a separate thread is created for them.
6. No villager will be auto-voided.
