I didnt know it was even possible to make a camper who didnt wanna move in, move in! Until like two days ago when I got Beau to come after 7 attempts -___-

It once took me over 2 hours to get Chrissy! Usually now I get them quicker, but NEVER until after at least a dozen refusals.

WHY did Nintendo do this??? Just to make us crazy?

Yes, those darned campers are a pain in the rear to get to move. Even with prophetic dreams and such. Urgh...

Unlucky, chrissy accepted me from my campsite second time.

What determines whether or not a camper wants to move in? Is it random? Or if you have a lot of PWPs and flowers they will be more likely to want to move in?

Its random to my knowledge, but playing games oncreases the chances, ive seen

It might be random. It might be your luck for the day. It usually takes me a few tries but sometimes it can take forever.

I got Chrissy, Wolfgang, Marina and Kyle to move in the first-third try, but for whatever reason it took me an hour to move in Genji, plus an entire field of flowers and my watering can ;n; I'm not sure what triggers it, tho

I got VERY lucky inviting Skye today. I talked to her once to introduce myself, then I talked to her 1 more time and successfully got her to move in!

Here's how I get campers to agree to move quickly:

-Go into the tent/igloo with completely empty pockets
-Have at least 5,000 bells on you.
-Don't play any of the games the camper suggests. When your pockets are empty it seems to limit the type of games they ask you to play.
-Keep talking to them until they agree to move.

The longest it's taken me to get a camper to move has been 15-20 minutes.Yesterday I got Fauna to agree to move in about 7 minutes.

Took me less than 1 minute to get Skye!

I always get them on the first try. Sorry.

I usually do too funny enough and I didn't even know it was possible for them to ever say no if they straight up asked you. That is until one time it took molly a couple of tries at convincing and then she moved in.

However there was one time....eloise was in my campsite for my old deleted cycling town....it took at least 30 tries but probably closer to 50 attempts where she asked if I wanted her to move in before she actually agreed, I don't get the point of it in the game it's really stupid....
"I like the look of this town, I think I should live here but what do you think of that?" Me: "I'd love to have you move into my town!" Eloise: "Nah, I love my town too much to move right now, sry"

THEN WHY THE FLIPPING PANCAKES DID YOU ASK IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU TROLL!?!?! *rant over*

I lost count how many times Gwen kept refusing until she finally caved in. On the other hand, Erik took about five minutes before he decided to move to my town.

Freya asked me about 30-40 times, sometimes 2-3 times in a row if I would like her to move in permanently, and when I said yes, she denied me countless times. It took a game of "LOOK HERE" or whatever it's called to get her to move in, and I was incredibly lucky when I picked 2/3 of the right answers.

Most stubborn move in ever. I don't even know how long that took.

I actually like working for them and playing all their games haha. Rodeo took forever and near both my beach's seashells until he randomly agreed to move in unconditionally. Fang I won with an intense game of rock paper scissors, and Felicity I won really fast.

Fauna and Cube I got pretty casually. I actually really like that 5-item set price game for some reason, even though I tend to get bad items from it haha 8'D

I think it's all random, you may get the villager with your first try or you may get them with you 10th try..maybe

I never really have much trouble, but I also never used the campsite that much. I think I convinced Zell to move in once, but he never did for some reason... That one was weird. But the only other time someone said no, I just reset and talked to them again and they said yes. o: I wonder if I'll have issues in my cycling town god I hope not.
