Streetpassing with villager moving in?

I finally got Lolly to move out of my second town and I've put her in my main. I'm currently plot resetting her, but I usually take my DS to school with me, but while I'm at school, I usually streetpass about 6-8 people with animal crossing, my cycling town used to pick up one of their voided villagers every so often, so I'm wondering if I streetpass someone and they happen to have a voided villager, would that voided villager cancel out Lolly? I haven't had this problem before, but it never mattered much now until I thought about it.

Couldn't you turn your wifi off? Idk if that makes streetpass work D:

ovo Well I mean, I just wanna know. Cause if won't cancel out Lolly then I'll streetpass people still, but if it does, I'll obviously turn it off.

You can turn SP off for ACNL in the 3DS options and still get regular SPs.
I don't think they can cancel her but I wouldn't take the risk...
