For me I got:

Best: Lionel
Got him when going to go see Godzilla. I am keeping this one!

Worst: Fauna
Got her when I went to McDonalds.

These are the only two I have gotten so she is the worst be default since I really am happy I got Lionel.....plus I really don't like the deer. I prefer the Lions, Hippos, Monkeys, and Octopi.

I've never had someone move in from StreetPass, but I did get a few villagers from the void online.

Best: Hamlet
Worst: Maybe Olivia. She's not bad at all, really, it's just that I already had two other snooty villagers in my town and wanted to get someone else in instead of another snooty.

Best: Zucker?
A little conflicted to be quite honest. I was hoping to adopt a villager from somebody soon. However, Zucker through a little wrench into my plan. He didn't end up in the worst spot, and I genuinely like him. But still, there's always a catch.

Worse: Gwen
She's my only other StreetPass and quite frankly, I don't like her. She was a plan in City Folk - more than once, and she came back to haunt me in New Leaf. Thankfully she left, and somebody who would love her took her in. :3

worst- probably... Graham. Hamsters are fine... But glasses that are supposedly his eyes freaked me out ALOT.

Best- hm... Shari. She was the cutest monkey I've ever got besides Tammi and Nana, loved her instantly.

Don't care much about animals. I just remember getting a villager and he moved in front of my damn house. I literally got trolled because of a street pass.

I've only gotten 2 villagers from Street Pass.

The first one was Broffina, and I actually grew attached to her for a while. So I guess I would consider her my best.

The worst is Astrid. She doesn't look that appealing to me and I still have her in my town right now! I can't get rid of her! So I just ignore her most of the time.
Another surprise villager that I got was Gayle. But she came from Wifi-ing with my friend. So I guess she wouldn't count.

I got Hugh the lazy pig after a trip to the local mall.I wound up liking him a lot because he was more fun than most of the villagers I already had.He's been my only streetpass villager so far.

I got Graham and Lionel from streetpass. I don't like either of them. I was incredibly relieved when they finally moved!

I've only streetpassed with ~8 people altogether so I've only had "worst" villagers move in and it was those two.
