I'm a bit new to this so forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question but I can't get a definitive answer from Google...if my Nook Stop has the black street lamp, could you just come to my island and purchase it or am I the only one who can access my Nook Stop?

yes you can purchase it at your nook stop for 1000 nm and your the only one that can access your nook stop
