Could you possibly do 300k? (if that's too much I can go for 250k. Its just hard to get the balloons and store them. XD )

Also,would you like all the dlc items and the balloons,or just the balloons. My vision is a little blurry so I want to make sure I'm not reading it like you only want the balloons. (if that makes any sense! XD )
