i'm not exactly sure, he just decided to move into my town and i'm not cycling at the moment, but if the buyout is met i will try and cycle him out as soon as possible!

Even though it is Stitches, it's a bit premature to be auctioning him off. I would wait until he's at least pinged you for the move. Getting someone to move when they just moved in even when time traveling can take quite a bit of time.

Also, no one is going to buy out at 40 million. Most buyouts for top tier characters including Stitches is about half of that.
