I feel you, I accidentally TT'd him out while cycling for another villager and ended up cycling one more month just for him (and when I was done it happened the same with Ankha)
and now he just won't show up

Hmmm.I don't like time traveling a villager to boxes unless the person specifically tells me that they will accept my offer.The reason is that if i time travel a villager to boxes it'll take a while and if by the time i get the villager in boxes someone else has already gotten their villager to boxes.I not only loose one of my villagers but I also get no villager in return.So sorry I don't think i wanna take that risk.Its also a waste of time cause TT takes a while.
