It's not a buyout price. I didn't want to set one because I wasn't sure of a fair price.

It really no such thing as a fair price, Julian usually goes over 20mil in some auctions, but the other auction in forum right now he won by 5.5...which is extremely low for Julian. Anyhow, I'v send you a pm, offered a buy out if we can trade now, because I won't be able to follow the auction.
