So, if you offer me 9.5mil, Ruby's pic, Rod's pic, and 4 blue pansies, your bid totals up to 10mil.
Bid fairly - bids will be accepted up to 1 minute past the final bid regardless of the time. This means that if you bid at 7:30pm, someone who bids before 7:32pm will still be making a valid offer! This is to discourage sniping and to get me a fair price. :3
