Ah. They're online bells basically. 100 tbt is currently going for about 4mil in game bells. People can transfer tbt to you, and if you go into the tbt marketplace, people will purchase it from you. They generally will buy 100tbt for 4million bells. So you would transfer them maybe 500tbt and they would go to your town and give you 20milliom bells on your game. Make sense? :3
