I've had my second copy for about a week now and I keep running into great maps with the wrong fruit, villagers I already had/have, or just things I don't like. The good thing about it is I've helped a few people on FB get some of their dreamies and I've stumbled upon a few of mine (Alice! Olivia! Apple! And Flurry, who's not really a dreamie, but is still really cute!). I was lucky enough to have a great friend on FB hold Flurry and Olivia; another user is holding sweet Alice as I try to find a map but I'm looking for someone to hold Apple in the meantime. Knowing my luck my next reset will put me in the same boat, lol.

So, tell me, lovely TBTers.
What do you look for in a good map?
Did it take you a lot of resetting to finally settle down?

Also, I have Vesta and Pecan in this temporary town if anyone is looking for them.

Took me a solid night to find the dream town. I reset till 1 am but I don't regret it. I really didn't care about the villagers, they were a low priority for me because I knew once I started moving my dream villagers in and hit 10 they would start pinging me to move so I could switch out. I wanted a map that was bisected by the river and one that didn't have too many large rocks in it. ( See I may be old but I can learn and my original town looked like a quarry. ) I wanted only one pond - something I again learned from experience - Isabelle can be so picky when it comes to placing PWP's and that left a lot of unusable space around them. The fruit was also not the main priority because on my original game I spent so much time building a perfect orchard. Once I unlocked the island and made enough bells to play the stalk market they just sat there.. wasted space again.
