Still no snow, and it's supposed to snow near Toy Day......... so lame, I only had snow during the blizzard.

Does TT'ing affect the weather? Because I only went ahead some days in October when I started the game.

I don't think Time Travel affects weather. I didn't try it myself. Someone want to try? Anyway, my town is usually snowing. Sometimes it doesn't. Maybe it's random chance?

Snow didn't cover my town 'till the 5th or something. I had seen snow falling twice before that, though.
