I prefer to trade but will pay bells if the price isn't too insane. I understand the sloppy table is worth a bit so I can offer Sloppy Lamp in return for that particular one, and for the Gracie Shelf I'll specifically offer Gracie Bed or Princess Vanity (it's not called that but it's the single space one with the mirror on it so it is a vanity).
