Kazaf, First I'd like to make sure you know that the tea set is not the afternoon tea set so commonly sought after, it is just the more common one found in the game. Don't want any misunderstandings there. Then, the price for the spooky items, tea set, and bunny hood since theyre easier to get won't be too much, but since the cacao tree is it'll cost more. I'm going to throw the tea set in free since it costs so little, but all non-catalog or buyable from the store at certain times of year items I sell for 100,000 bells each (the cacao tree). So, Keeping pretty close to the catalog price for everything else, I think I could sell it all to you for 168,500 bells. Does that work for you? (I hope I don't come across the wrong way, it's just not good to lose money on selling things.)
