Static has been a blight and a plague unto my house hold for the past few days but I finally convinced him to move. I can provide proof that I didn't use an amiibo to force him out (this is my first AC game, so I don't have any cards anyway, but I did take a screenshot of his dialogue) He is currently in boxes and ready to go to his forever home.
