Trading Static is leaving Skaro

As I open my game today I find that my absolute favorite villager is leaving. He's been my favorite since the GameCube days.

I would like to give him to someone who will love him as much as I do. He's no where near original as I've had him for almost 2 years.

I would like another villager to trade so I don't get a random move in.
