Trading Static for Fang, Genji, Pekoe, or Muffy

So Static is moving from my town in just a few days, I recruited him from the campsite and I believe most of his stuff is still the same, though he is wearing a shirt I designed. I'm looking for Fang (probably won't happen, but who knows), Genji (I always seem to just miss him), Pekoe (I never see her anymore) or Muffy. I'd prefer to give him to someone who has him as a dreamie and wont sell him (I know he's no Marshal but I think he's still fairly popular), but I'd like to get a dreamie in my town.

Edit: I'd like to trade him with someone who already has a move out date for one of my dreamies.
