No, that's when it was established. It currently has 1061 Pages and the last post was made at 10:41 AM today.

The stalk market thread isn't very active at this late stage in ACNL, so giving it it's own forum isn't worth it. It might be worth having a dedicated stalk market forum when the next game is released though since having just the one thread is kind of inconvenient for buying/selling turnips.
