IGB is the in game bells like the ones you use in your island to purchase items.

TBT is the forum currency you’ll find how much you have by clicking your name and there’s a subsection that says Bells!

i haven't seen any recent sales either. 3 sounds kinda low admittedly, especially since there's literally a hundred of them in one stack. would 5 a stack work?
