Im doin adventure mode and what % do i have to get to to unlock game and watch?

Im at 34%

It's not percentage,

It's how far you are in the story.

I don't know, he'll join you at some point. I got all the characters three days after the game came out. Which was so long ago... But he'll join you sometime in the Subspace Emissary, I think like all the 80%, I don't know. I only got 97% though. Weird.....
