According the AC Wiki,Lyman's nose is supposed to resemble a carrot....so your food theme remains intact.You could say that Molly is a Peking duck or a duck a l'orange.

I have sprinkle in my town right now, i don't know what it is about her...she's just kind of strange/ugly :/ Just my thoughts though...
