spotpass features problem...

i have a blue dot on my animal crossing new leaf thing but i checked my spotpass notices and none of them say anything about new leaf i checked my HHA but theres only one person before the blue dot appeared. is it something for my other two files ?

maybe it's a alert that someone has visited your dream town? That's what I assume whenever I see one of those dots

dnt have a dream town cuz it says sumthing about the child online privacy protection and i dnt have the 5 digit code

If there is nothing in you HHA, you should see if it has to do with the Dream Suite. Luna will tell you how many have visited when you update your town, or ask her and she will tell you who the last visitor was ("This Town's Dream?" option). If it is different, you had visitors. Your animals will also start talking about the last person to have dreamed of your town.

My blue light lit up around the time you posted this and it wasn't anything. I don't have a dream town either.

It's a confirmation of the new "streetpass relay" feature, it's just lit up to pretty much tell you that it's now active on your 3DS.
