Spotpass? (EU/AU versions)

Did anyone else get a spotpass notification for ACNL today? There wasn't anything new in the Notifications section, just a blue dot in the corner of my icon for ACNL. When I went to check my game there wasn't anything at the post office or anyone new at the HHA. o_o
