Spooky towns that aren't Aika

I feel like I've seen the same old horror towns since I've started looking. Can anyone give me a list of good horror/spooky towns that AREN'T Aika? Preferably ones made here by TBT members so I can give ya some boosts at the Dream Suite when I come to visit. But honestly, I just want to see some new ones.

Lol, I've been to most of those already. I was active in that thread. I guess there are just not many new ones coming out lately.
