yes, they are reorderable from the kiosk in T&T. Harvest & Jingle items are also...

spooky items are, however i don't think that creepy items are.

Pumpkin head (orange that you get from Jack on Halloween) is reorderable.
The other pumpkin heads (green, purple, red (looks rosy pink) & yellow) are NOT.

ooh, this is very helpful. i had no idea. now i can sell the reorderable stuff because i have no idea where i'd put the spooky stuff but i also would like access to it. thank you.

If you are talking about the Spooky Series, than yes they are re-orderable from the kiosk
same with the masks!
The Creepy furniture are only obtainable from giving Jack a lollipop and he'll give you one random piece but you CANT order it from the kiosk.
Candy isn't re-orderable.

Yes, you can re-order them from the Nook's or a StreetPass home.
