Spoilers with no title?

Hi everyone.
I have been seeing some signatures with spoilers in them except the spoilers don't have a title and I have been wondering how you do that? This probably seems like a really dumb question but it'd be great if someone could help me out.

Instead of putting a title in the spoiler, you put a space like this:

[spoiler= ] Words [/spoiler]
