When placing a spoiler coding, is there anyway to change the title of the spoiler? For example the box that they click that says spoiler. Is there anyway I can change spoiler to something else?

Yes, there is. Here is how to do so:

[spoiler="hi bluebellie"]x[/spoiler]

Would give you:

Spoiler: hi bluebellie
