[Spoiler] A random villager gathering at the plaza (North Hemisphere)

It was weird seeing two of my villagers constantly setting off sparklers because some of their dialogue mentions the fireworks. At first, I thought it was a glitch.

ooh do we think more and more plaza activities will be added with new updates ? i really hope so because the plaza feels so underutilized in NH. can't wait to see my villagers doing fireworks and BBQs ! (i am still in aug rn so not yet for me)

Yep my summer seasonal item is gone too. I'm synced to real world time.

I loaded my game today and there's a pile of dried leaves on the plaza. Kicks is here today, 3 of my villagers (Punchy, Puck and Buzz) are busy sweeping, Rolf is working out, while Phoebe and Hamlet are wandering nearby. Nobody interacts with the leaves.

Can I expect the "campfire barbecue" session this evening?

An update. I just loaded the game and it's evening now. The dried leaves are gone. I guess it's tied to the villagers sweeping.
