I feel ya. Just hit A- too, but I'm going to aim for S rank soon. (shoutouts to that team of 3 snipers ensuring I ranked up on Port)
I just go for the next rank when it's tower control and I like the maps. It's working out very well for me.

Got to A- Rank, and then lost like 4 consecutive matches and almost went down a rank, but then I picked it back up to 40 points. Sheesh. I'm glad my GamePad is still intact. I wanted to smash it a couple times.
