Since we have some bigger maps now, I'll give a friendly reminder that you can super jump at any time.

that was amazing, I slayed. I kept getting my kraken at the best times when there was like 3 of the other team nearby. xD

Oh god the Rapid Blaster looks horrible. I thought I was supposed to get something good when I leveled up.

Also, Since I don't have the game yet, I'm worried that I'll just get steamrolled by people who know everything about the game when I do get my hands on it
 
Definitely! That was the first thing I thought of when I saw it. :P

Also, I wouldn't worry about that. Splatoon is much more balanced in the sense that you don't need to have the highest rank to win, you can still get good weapons early on. My preferred weapon is actually the first one you can get in the shop. As far as skill goes, it's pretty easy to get the hang of. Splat ink, swim away when in danger, splat others, ect.

No, that's the max level for now. They'll probably add levels later, since it seems kinda strange that some people can reach the max level in 1 day.
