The idea behind the new map is cool, but I think bluefin depot plays much better
It's very unique, but the whole thing is basically up/down and you can easily get trapped in a certain area if you don't have decent players on your team.
I prefer Bluefin Depot.
and it's apparently bad for chargers??? That sounds like heaven for charger users lol
Considering how far apart everything is, not even an E-Liter can reach people. There is this little area at the bottom where you could use a charger but because of everything that's going on higher up no one ever really comes down that way. And again, range is really bad so E-Liters can like barely reach the other side. :/
It might be different for Splat Zones though, idk.

The idea of being high up sounds good on paper, but the way it's implemented destroys the purpose.
The towers aren't a straight drop; instead being a slanted building/staircase which causes the map to stretch out really far. Due to that rhe towers are too far apart so chargers end up being useless because they can barely reach anything. The only time you can is when people are near the middle, although that's a really small space, or when you're fighting in your side, but you'd have to constantly aim to the sides.
The other problem is that the tower isn't a straight ramp which means that if you try shooting forward half your ink is wasted because it won't hit any ground.

Well considering the map has only been up for 2 switches (3-4 including it was in ranked too, dunno if it's in ranked again now), most people probably haven't heard that banter yet.
