Yea, I can see rollers being really useful on it with all the area there is to cover (as well as the Jr/Aerospray...Though where aren't they useful?)


The Kelp Splatter seems like it might be more useful than usual for coverage since I could plop down sprinklers on the walkways at the top as well as bigger areas to paint long lines, but since I couldn't find anybody it was pretty useless for killing xD From the both matches I had on it I saw about 3 enemies, and two of them were you!

Going to play 1 or two more and then eat dinner. I only recognize some tbters in this group ;u; tunaka hq is me since it's not obvious. I get so lost in kelp dome lmao
 
The only problem with it is that since it's so large, if one team has control it's nearly impossible for the other team to take hold.

Also it's a pain on ranked because the snipers are everywhere, though if you manage to break through the shield you can take control for quite a bit. I'd recommend a rapid fire weapon for ranked Kelp Dome.

And lets not forget the expert artful dodging I managed one of those times. :P (Not that I could ever manage that again.)

So many wide swarths to roll. <3

It does seem very, guns on top stage, rollers on ground orientated. I find more often than not die from people above me, so I've taken to skirting the edges.

Also pretty easy to get over 1300 points with the roller because you can nearly always get a full rollers width of ink down by taking some path.

The paintbrush is great on kelp dome!!! Walking on the catwalk, button mashing ZR rivals the ink coverage of Aerosprays

Yeah, but the drawback there is a lot of people seem to use the walkways. I never sem to last long taking them and I mostly jump off the moment I get over a wall already.

Edit: also 47.7:47.6 win, go us. :P

A little tip for anyone who mains weapons with sprinklers: in urchin underpass, always throw a sprinkler on the billboard thing in the middle of the map. It's a pain for the other team to deal with, and only chargers can get rid of it. c~:
 
-Decides to do ranked to see what kelp dome ranked is like-
Not only do I get Walleye 4 times in a row, I get the most awful teammates. I literally took out all 4 of the other team with the kraken and a final suicide kill, and two of them super jumped back to spawn!? and the other one decided to determinedly ink the top of a crate and didn't ink a single bit of the splat zone, left the whole thing for the other team, and just gave the other team 30 seconds off their timer.

I then accidentally hit continue and powered off to escape them because like hell am I playing another round with them.
 
Kelp Dome is probably my favorite map, it just feels so much like how I wanted it to be. Hope Camp Triggerfish is as much fun!
 
Im gunna be playing online for about half an hour ^^ can't wait to try the new map out!
 
So I'm trying out Tentacy, and does it actually do anything??? I know that inactive players count as the suids that are greyed (grayed? Whatever.) out with Xes on their eyes, but my special gauge does NOTHING.

It also slightly goes up if you have more team mates dead than the opposing team. Kinda makes me want my team mates to die....

One of my friends said only little girls rely on teammates to win, but my Inkling is a little girl, so clearly I'm doing everything perfectly.
