It might be a good idea to put a list of dream villagers in your siggy so that other people will know that they are your actual dreamy. My rule here is dreamie proof is required for tier 1-2 villagers, however you got kinda lucky because I was willing to take in anyone because I didnt want Mitzi to be voided.

Just a word of advice for the future! A lot of other cycling threads go by this same rule as well.

I never was Cycling Chief. In fact he was even listed as a dreamy in my siggy and its one of the bolded rules on the front page.

HOWEVER, now that I've gotten Chief in my main town, look out for him in my other cycling town because he could still show up there, and hes available to anyone now that I don't need him anymore.

Reserving would be asking to hold a villager before they are in boxes which isn't allowed in most cycling threads including mine. Claiming would be asking for a villager while they are in boxes, which is fine unless specified otherwise.
