I've got the reset itch again but this time, instead of resetting I'm going to try to give my town a new *look* to make it feel like a new town again.

I've had this town for over 6 months and I like lots of things about it (the fact that my house placement is slightly off-center is proving to be quite irritating though :( )

So I thought, if some of you lovely people who are much better at landscaping and designing than I am could come and have a quick look around my town, you could give me some advice?

DA: 7100-4301-2836

You don't have to stay long, just run around a bit and see what's working and what isn't.

NOTE: The area at the top left is reserved for two residents who will be moving in soon :) That's why the path seems to lead to nowhere... their houses will be either side of the heart :)

THANK YOU to anyone who does do this, it will really help me.

Ill stop by! I love reviewing peoples towns.

Edit:

Alright, the first thing i noticed when i visited your town was the amount of peach trees. I love peaches but you have a ton. Either replace some with normal saplings, or get another type of fruit in there, maybe cherries. Those would look really nice with the theme. Also apples.

I'd like to see more cedar saplings on the top half of your town, as it stands i only saw a couple.

Theres some open spaces on the edge of town, id suggest placing some small pwp's and filling the area around them with flowers. Also, try to pick a couple breeds of flowers/colors of flowers and stick with those.

The area around your campsite is pretty bare, i'd decorate more around it. The place you put it in does make that a little difficult though. Patterns covering the stone of the plaza can also help make the plants look more like they belong there.

Overall i really like your town though! Your mayors room is really cute and i love the theme of the whole town.

Thanks for the review. I'm stocking up on pine trees and normal ones to replace the peaches, my closet is packed ready for a mass-planting :P

I was thinking of changing the flower colours since winter is coming and white/purple/blue will go better with the snow so I'll have another think about that :)

When Pecan finally moves, the area around the campsite will be decorated with a bonfire and tiki torch :D

Thanks again ^^
