Specific Neighbor Not Asking For Favors

Everyone in my town keeps constantly asking for favors, except for Paula. I really don't want to get rid of her, but even with constant time traveling, she still won't budge. Anyone know how to fix this?

send her lots of letters and talk to her as much as possible idk
