Buying Specialty Flowers like Blue Roses

I've just returned after a hiatus and a lot of my flowers disappeared, so I'm hoping to buy them back with either Bells or TBT. This is for any/all specialty flowers, which means any hybrids are welcome!

Please include how much per flower and how many flowers you have to offer. Example:

Type of Flower: Blue Roses
How Many: 6
How Expensive: 2 TBT/per or 10 TBT for all
