I think he's kinda annoying - I can't wait until I have all the emotions so I don't need to listen to his dumb jokes anymore.

However, I also feel a bit bad for him, as I'm listening to his jokes he always sounds like such a sad person, right? I hope he's ok

I don't like Shrunk or his jokes to be honest. I guess it's supposed to be funny how unfunny he is but it doesn't work on me. It doesn't even make me feel sorry for him. He just makes me annoyed. Am I a bad person now?

ok so here's the thing: I used to think he was the only other human character in the game. Like he looked like a kind of bald, kinda has crazy hair kind of guy and he had normal skin colour so i thought he was human. paid zero attention to his tail so um yeh.

I always thought he was human until I read somewhere that Dr. Shrunk is actually an Axolotl, a kind of salamander. After that, I thought he was pretty cool.

I'm hoping that the update makes him give us the emotions that were exclusive to Happy Home Designer.

I left my last emotion slot blank just to avoid his face appearing in my emotion list... I think it's easy to tell what I think about him. He's actually not bad, but his face reminds me of my old vice principal that I hate. About his personality, I simply don't like people who act pathetically as if they have no respect for themselves. So yeah, he is the least loveable special character imo.

Usually, when he appears at my front door, I just go ahead and get the signatures since it costs me nothing but a few minutes and the villagers are all quite thrilled to get the Live Venue. In one of my towns, I tried a different approach and went the hesitant route. He got all huffy and waltzed off to wait on Main street for me to come around. He will wait out there until he dies and rots. That's what I posted on the bulletin board. Sometimes, when I'm in that area on business, I let my mayor just stand there staring at him while I get a coffee refill. Yes, until he dies and rots.

I find him annoying. Really annoying. I don't like any of his jokes so I used to skip through them as fast as possible. I got all the emotions unlocked a while ago and since I don't go to club lol very often I don't tend to see him anymore. Having to see him everyday was bad enough...

I find him annoying too! It's more of his looks than the jokes. I just find it kinda gross that he's so fleshy colored. Could've come up with something more pleasing to the eyes. . Like a completely different animal. Also find the club so depressing. I wish there was a little bar where you can get like fizzy drinks to hold and order as much as you want. And some small tables.. the chairs on the side are so plain and sad. Would've been a fun place to hang with friends visiting if it had those things, imo.

Not as annoying as Lyle... But I normally skip through his dialogue on my second town. I've already seen it once.

I totally agree about the club! Those ideas are really cute and I definitely think it would make the club a lot more fun :0

i actually like him and i feel so sad for him for the job he has but oh well
i really like that the one who trying to be a comedian can actually give you all the emotion that the game has offer
it give such a nice job
but he really need to work on his joke to be a perfect comedian
a side for me im just only good at making bad puns so i just PUNishing myslef for that
but im also free so many bad pun..

I find Shrunk to be extremely grotesque and unpleasant to the eyes.

Shrunk, I have no strong opinion on. I already made a pun about him on another thread, dunno if I should post it here, too. In any case, I always thought the mustache in NL was his nose, until I saw him in CF. The only character I don't care much for is Resetti, in terms of special NPCs, as I have a lot of tolerance for most characters.
