A board or thread will be made for the contest and afterr it is over it will be deleted.

If number two wins:

The contest will take place HERE and all threads and boards will be counted.

If number three wins:
There will be no spam contest.

Technically you'd have to count the third option and the second option together for people against number one. So if those two together have more than #1, #1 wouldn't be ahead.

Actually; 1 and 2 are more against 3 then 3 and 2 are against 1.
