to be fair to taco bell the suit is more about false advertising than serving bad food... The lawyers against are claiming it is not the 88% beef taco bell says it is, listing several ingredients, but aside from some chemicals I'd just ignore if on a foods packaging it was things like oats and soybeans, yeast, sugar, caramel color, cocoa powder, onion powder, tomato powder, ect.
Basically the claim is their beef is watered down more than they claim, not that the missing 40% is actually something disgusting...
