They mean that you don't really need it as much because you can now get Mega Latios and Mega Latias.

But Soul Dew Latios is still a thousand times better than Mega Latios. Latias is a bit better with Mega Evolution over Soul Dew, but it's still super helpful.

I don't have one for trade, sorry.
