Sadly, no.
The only thing that seemed fishy was the lack of this mentioned anywhere by Nintendo plus the fact that I thought for a minute that the rendering of Kapp'n looked off for NH. But I kind of just skimmed through it as I was too excited.
Guess I'm dumb.
