Have you even heard of this game before? Or are you posting baseless assumptions? And define ruining. I think the Sonic 4 is gonna be one of the coolest sonic game that have come out in a while. It'll be the most like the old games.

I really hope there'll be a PSN or XBLA demo. I'm not touching this game with a ten foot pole until I know it isn't a festering pile of hedgehog poop. Unfortunately, that's what it looks like right now.

Why would you want to pay money for a demo?

I'd be perfectly fine buying the game as a whole. It looks like a mix of Sonic Rush (minus the characters that should never have been created) and Sonic the Hedgehog (the original).
