If the Wii remote is operational, the sensor bar should be the problem because I had problems like this a while back but, the sensor bar had nothing to do with it! :O
The cause of my Wii remote problems actually came from Wii-Connect-24 issues; The best way to fix the problem if Wii-Connect-24 was involved is to (1) turn off your Wii, (2) turn it back on, (3) sync or reconnect your Wii remotes if they don't activate at the "Health and Safety" Screen prior to the Wii Menu booting up. If that doesn't help, I guess there could be other problems involved.
Did you bring your Wii Remotes to a Friend's house recently by any chance?
Weird ... the problem was that my iPod was connected to it.. [I use my Wii to charge it] but it just crashed when I went to the Wii Shop Channel o.o ... It's fixed now ofcorse, thanks for your help guys <3
