Something I just realized with the Amiibo cards

I heard someone say that villagers moved in via amiibo cards (from Series 1-4 and maybe the mobile home cards) can still be adopted, but villagers moved in via amiibo figures (Zelda, Splatoon, Monster Hunter, etc.) cannot be adopted. If this has been deconfirmed please let me know.

If this is true, then amiibo owners could definitely make a profit off a villager market for non-amiibo owners, or people who cannot simply find the card of the dreamy they want.

Wait, so amiibo (card) villagers can actually move out and be adopted naturally like any other villager? Because yesterday everyone complained that amiibo villagers had to be "kicked out" by other amiibo card villager only, that they couldn't naturally ping and move out. Please confirm if you tried it, I was scared of using my only amiibo card and having that villager forever in my town... u.u
