Buying Someones town services for 2m.

I have my other town which I need someones help with as I just enacted the Beautiful Town ordinance. Here's what I need.
- Every single tree in town chopped down and the stumps dug up.
- Oranges to be put into groups of nine, and left at either the train station or on the top part of my plaza.
- Weeds picked.
- Mushrooms/Flowers/and any of the items that may fall out of the trees to be picked up and sold, or kept. ( Depends on what YOU would prefer. )

Please note that you can keep the profit of any mushrooms/items/etc that you may sell.
I'd prefer if you had a very good wifi-rating.
You may not speak to any of my villagers without permission.
Also if your internet is very jumpy, this may not work out.

I'd like this done asap. If you need to be supplied a golden axe to do so, then please let me know. You cannot keep the axe however, as I will need it. Haha.
I'm more than willing to pay up-front, but you have to be someone I can trust to do that with first.


Warning- My town is very messy. Please make sure you're prepared.
