Someone help me! I tried to scan my PC today and Trend Micro PC-cillin said that "The feature is still loading please try again later"

So I check it up, it says I might have a "Vundo"

Further research shows that Malwarebytes' software is good for taking em out.
But when I try to install it, it gives out this message:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\ssubtmr6.dll
Unable to the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (Not Recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

Can someone help me? Please?

Vundo? Isn't that that Adoptable site Virus or something?

It really sounds familiar, that's for sure.
It is. I got it out of following searches on TV show episodes for a school project.

Download Spybot - Search & Destroy. Or you can do it the old fashioned way, as seen on Wikipedia:

I tried VundoFix and Malwarebytes' Remove Malware program.

Well then, I can't actually help you then. You'll need to do it the old fashioned way, or just bring in an expert to look at it,
