Eatser season is here! Here's what we have going on at The Bell Tree:- The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.

Anyway... you know you need WiiConnect24 turned on in your Wii's settings AND on your Animal Crossing settings, with an internet connection available.
Here's a link to the Nintendo site with both the picture of the seat (proving it's not HDLC) and the instructions to turn on your Connect24

EDIT: also read the section on that page with the heading Things to be careful of ... some things, like parental control settings, can also block the distribution of DLC.
