Some live videos

Ah, Bul. I miss our talks, dearly.

I really couldn't be more proud of you, old friend. This is magnificent work, with every song you play and every video you post, you seem to ooze more and more talent. Awesome job! And keep it up, like I know you will. You've most certainly got a great thing going for yourself, here.

Carinhoso is my favorite of the three you've posted. You played them all with such elegance, really really nice work.

Thanks!!! Really appreciate the kind words. I miss our talks too. :( I sent you a PM about that though, earlier today.

Carinhoso is also my personal favorite from a performance stand-point, but as far as the video goes, I like the Rondena cause of the dancing girl. :D

Glad to see you're still doing well and playing wonderful music.
Tri!!! I haven't seen you on TBT for ages, where have you been? :O
I was on vacation for two weeks in France in June, and have just busy. For some reason, I thought to myself "How's TBT going?", and it's still here. :veryhappy:

I actually popped in a month ago, and Darth sent me a PM wondering why I hadn't posted. I feel bad I didn't read it until now. Glad to see I haven't been forgotten.

Just procrastinating on some summer homework - my life's going pretty well right now.

Yourself?

I saw the first one since it's a pain waiting for a video to load.

The first song started too slow, then started up to a fast pace.
Also, I could not distinguish the "direction" of the song.

I can't play guitar, so I shouldn't be talking, but i thought I should give you some criticism.
You seem very talented, and I encourage you to make more songs.

My arrangement of "Aquarela do Brasil" is modeled off of Jobim's arrangement on his "Stone Flower" album:

http://www.last.fm/music/Ant%C3%B4nio+Carlos+Jobim/_/Brazil+%28aka+Aquarela+do+Brasil%29

The structure is, at least for my version, is:

Intro-Part A1-Theme-Part A2-Theme-Part B-Theme x2

Jobim does it a little differently -- he doesn't play part A2 and goes straight to Part B.

Thanks for the comment though!
